Jump to the last comment for the "solution" īut I have many automapped mailboxes & I didn't want the hassle of manually reconnecting them if it could be avoided - so tried the new send/receive group and I've had no issues since doing that. To setup SharePoint initially, you need at least one license of Microsoft Office 365 (Business, Business Essentials, Business Premium, Enterprise E1, E3, E5, SharePoint Plan 1 and 2) However, to access SharePoint files, you only need the OneDrive App (available to all Office 365 Personal, Office 365 Home or higher). Solutions suggested to remove all automappings, & then add the necessary permitted mailboxes back in manually from the client opening, not automap.Īlternate solution, create a new send/receive group with a 1 minute synch schedule. Create and work together on Word, Excel or PowerPoint documents. Sometimes because of my workflow though that would mean I'd go a few hours here n there without "noticing" new mails weren't arriving!įound many people complaining of this, but no main solution.Įventually found a discussion which laid the blame on AUTOMAPPING of additional mailbox's or sharedmailbox. If I closed Outlook & re-launched it would download & catch-up. I could even force a manual sync / F9 to no effect. I could demonstrate this by my Mobile outlook / phone. Very recently, I noticed that my Outlook client (newer install, never acted this way on my previous laptop) would say ONLINE in the status but I could clearly see NEW messages were not showing up.
